Training Center

LAPA Ltd. offers a variety of marine training courses in accordance with the STCW Convention and the requirements of the Maritime Administration of Latvia. Our training programs include GMDSS, Medical Care, ECDIS, BRM, Ship Handling, and Competence Updating courses for Masters, Deck Officers, and Engineer Officers. All our training programs are approved by the Maritime Department of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Latvia, ensuring that our seafarers are fully prepared to meet the industry’s highest standards.
